Shipping & Handling

Once you have made a purchase our online store we will try to process the order as quickly as possible. Most orders are usually shipped the next business day (approximately 24 hours) after they are placed. Traffic Shoe Online ships Monday – Friday (Friday Shipping ends at 12:00 PM, all orders placed after 12PM will be processed the following Monday.) You’ll be provided with the total shipping cost during checkout. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date. For express delivery, place orders before 11 AM Monday-Thursday for best chance to ship same business day. Please note: Traffic Shoe cannot guarantee same business day shipment. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Where do we ship?

All orders can be shipped to valid addresses within the United States (48 contiguous United States). This does NOT include Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam (Traffic Shoe does not currently ship to these locations).

Traffic Shoe uses USPS, as our delivery provider, to guarantee easy and fast delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. The flat rate cost of shipping is as follows:

** Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in 48 contiguous United States. Not valid for P.O. Box delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

* Not available for delivery to P.O. Boxes.

 Additional charges of $20.00 may apply upon choosing the option of Priority shipping (2-3 business days) for orders ranging between $1.00 -$100.00

Additional charges of $27.00  may apply upon choosing the option Priority shipping (2-3 business days) for orders that total $100.01 or more.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together.

Delivering your package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Restrictions on Using a Credit Card

For domestic customers, please note that we only ship to the credit card holder’s billing address. On occasion we will make exceptions: pending identification/ documentations request from our security department. If you are using a foreign credit card for shipping to U.S. address, our system will trigger a security response, and we will not be able to process your order.

Shipping confirmation emails

You should receive a shipping confirmation email when all or parts of your order are shipped. This email is sent after the first USPS scan. It will include the USPS tracking number which you can use to check the status of your order directly from the USPS site. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking the My Account link in the top header of the site. (Tracking information email may be in your Junk Mail folder)
