How will I know if my order is confirmed?

As soon as the order has been placed, the screen will display an order number. That is full confirmation that the transaction has been accepted.

Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

You may call within the same day the order was placed to cancel an order, change address, add email, or add contact number.

Can I change the style, color or size after an order is placed?

Due to high demand on Traffic Shoe merchandise, we do not allow changes to be made after an order has been placed. We cannot guarantee the product will be available within short notices.

Shoe Backorder Policy

At Traffic Shoes we always strive to bring you the very best shoes at the most affordable prices. Traffic always tries to have sufficient stock on all of our items, however because our shoes sell so fast we may run out of stock. If a shoe you order is in backorder we will notify you by email. We will ship your complete order once all shoes are available. In case the shoes on backorder will take longer to come back than acceptable we will then change your order and charge you for only the shoes we do have in stock. We will notify you that the shoes that where in backorder were removed from your order.

When is my order shipped?

Allow up to two days to process you order before being shipped. We ship packages Monday through Friday through USPS before 10:30 am. To guarantee same day shipping please place order before 10:30 am. At this time, we do not offer shipping on Sundays or holidays.

How can I track the status of my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is set after the first USPS scan. The email will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping information email with tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking the My Account link in the top header of the site.

What if I place an order and Traffic Shoes doesn’t have the item in stock?

Traffic Shoe will issue an email notifying the customer of the discrepancy then they will issue a full item return back to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for a refund to be fully processed.

Can Traffic Shoe Gift Cards be purchased and redeemed online?

Unfortunately at this time we do not have the feature of purchasing and redeeming gift cards online. We are looking forward to adding this special feature in the future.
